How to Use the Tool Below
Step 1: Fill the questionnaire.
Use known facts only. Click the button to generate your prompts for the Family Narrative (Track A) and the Physician Guide (Track B).
Step 2: Run Track A.
Copy the Track A prompt. Paste it into Claude (for a downloadable Word file) or ChatGPT/Gemini (for a text response).
Step 3: Save and share.
Copy the AI response. Paste it into the Screener AI PDF generator, an email, or a document to share with your doctor and family.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the doctor-focused Track B prompt.
ProCells.Org does not save any information entered in the tool below.
Once you fill in the details, you will get a clinical prompt structured to generate a formal pre-consultation brief cum health tracker to discuss with your doctor.

The Current model is specifically built so that the responsibility and data custody stays entirely with the user and their AI provider. ProCells.Org's Screener AI remains a prompt architecture tool, not a medical data processor.

On your side — inside your own Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini account. You copy the generated prompt and paste it into whichever AI platform you already use. ProCells never processes your health data.
Your health information never touches our servers. The zero-PHI architecture means ProCells.Org has no access to — and no liability or responsibility for — your personal data. Your AI provider's privacy terms govern the analysis, not ours.
It structures your family health history into a clinically meaningful prompt — one that elicits far more precise, guideline-referenced responses from AI than an unstructured question ever would. Think of ProCells.Org as a precision lens placed between your history and the AI's knowledge base.
The ProCellsOrg prompt is engineered to activate RAG — Retrieval-Augmented Generation — within your chosen AI platform. Rather than relying solely on the AI's training memory, RAG instructs the model to retrieve current evidence from live medical sources before responding.
Specifically, the prompt directs the AI to:
